★助動詞後面一定是"原式"，
  原則上一般動詞和be動詞是不能同時出現，
  唯有現在和過去進行式時可以同時出現，
  不過動詞需加上"ing"！
ex:
I am dancing.  我在跳舞
     (dance) 跳舞

be + Ving => 現在進行式
過去式 + Ving => 過去進行式
